Vacuumed Sealed Packaging:

Our floor sofas and pouffes are shipped in vacuum-sealed packaging to minimize excess shipping fees and reduce our carbon footprint. Kindly avoid using sharp objects when opening your package. Once you've opened the outer box, exercise caution when carefully unsealing the vacuum-sealed plastic bags. This will initiate the product's decompression process, which may require up to 72 hours for full expansion.

 Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Returns:

If dissatisfied, return items in unused, original condition within 14 days. Made-to-order items are refundable only for defects or missing parts.
